Public Judaica
In woodworking school we were taught to work on a fairly small scale, humble and somewhat private, very understated. I love subtle detail–the more you look, the more you see. I ve found this can be achieved at a large scale too. As well as creating intimate pieces that serve the needs of individuals, I have found great satisfaction in building large scale work that is seen and used by the citizenry at large. |

Torah Arks
The ark protects and honors the scrolls that hold our story. It is the central focus of the synagogue. Like our bodies house our spirits, the aron kodesth contains the Torah. |
